Please answer the questions on your renewal application and return the application prior to your renewal date. You should receive your renewal application 30-60 days prior to your renewal. Applications may be emailed or mailed to our Glendora address. Unfortunately grace periods are not offered, therefore the application must be returned and received by us prior to the expiration date.
