What if I need to report a claim after hours?

When you receive your policy, you will get 2 claim cards. Make sure you give one to the barn or your trainer, and carry one with you. This will have a 24-hour number for you to call in the event of an emergency. The company would like to be notified before a surgery or in the event that a horse needs to be euthanized. Failure to notify the company can void your coverage.
